Session times are by appointment and must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture, unless otherwise agreed.
Structured programs follow the schedule and content outlined at the time of enrolment. We may update program content to reflect current best practices in food habit coaching, provided such updates do not materially reduce the scope of what was purchased.
